Nelly Lewis is an award-winning physical theatre performer, mentor and immersive experience maker, with over 25 years’ experience as a creator in physical theatre, including mime, puppetry, butoh dancing, directing and choreography. Nelly is also an innovator in the fusion of performance and cutting-edge technology, such as virtual reality and other immersive / interactive tools as applied to creative productions, forging new creative pathways in our technological age.
helen Varley Jamieson
Helen Varley Jamieson is a digital artist, writer, theatre practitioner and producer from Aotearoa New Zealand. Her artistic work includes cyberformance, digital installations, playwriting and various collaborations, often addressing social and environmental themes.
In 2003 she co-founded UpStage, a unique online platform where artists collaborate in real time using digital tools to present live online performances to global audiences (cyberformance). Helen has a long involvement in feminist networks and the open source movement, and is the “Web Queen” of the Magdalena Project (international network of women in contemporary theatre and performance). She has organised numerous online festivals and events, as well as theatre and performance festivals in New Zealand and Germany. She holds a Master of Arts in cyberformance (QUT, Australia, 2008) and a BA in
Theatre and English Literature (Otago, NZ, 1992) and is currently based in Munich, Germany.
Isobel’s practice crosses puppetry, performance and installation. With over 20 years experience in puppetry and performance she graduated from Royal College of Art, London in 2017 with an MA in Performance / Sculpture, her work was purchased by Charles Saatchi and featured in Saatchi Galleries ‘Known / Unknowns’ exhibition 2018. An experienced maker, performer and mentor, Isobel has run workshops at Barbican Centre, London, John Hansard Gallery, Southampton and performed at internationally in Sweden, Poland and Paris and at Tate Modern during the Joan Jonas Exhibition.
Over 30 years computer programming experience working in creative development environments (specialising in human experience interfaces and 3D environments).
Also trained as an animator and artist. Solid technical knowledge with a strong holistic and lateral thinking capacity.
Solo and collaborative artworks have been exhibited in over 17 international art and fashion exhibitions..

Klaus Sommer Paulsen
worked in the unique borderlands of creative innovation between story, experience, design and technology across industries, media and disciplines ever since I was a teenager in the 1980s.
My roles and titles have balanced between the left and the right halves of the brain, having worked in diverse positions as creative director, designer, programmer, writer, strategist, producer, founder and co-founder of various companies in Denmark and the United States.
Since the 1990s, I have been building my experience and, dare I say, position, in the marketing, attractions and entertainment industries with a wide range of projects. Some of these have even been considered groundbreaking, and some have been honoured with awards. Today I combine these disciplines when working around the world as a creator, consultant and for the training of professionals and students.
